As of April 2024, Robb is no longer affiliated with our company or brand in any capacity. He does not represent our company or its values, and he is not involved in any of our operations or activities. While his personal journey and determination were among the sources that inspired our company’s founding, his path is entirely separate from our organization’s current direction, mission, and brand identity.
Robb grew up in challenging circumstances, facing hardship and poverty from a young age. His early years were shaped by the influence of predatory adults and peers who modeled lives of addiction, theft, and a "street" lifestyle. These influences led Robb into addiction before his teenage years, resulting in his first encounter with the prison system, where he served a three-year sentence from ages 21 to 24.
After his release, Robb was determined to turn his life around. He found steady employment and stayed out of trouble for about a year. However, his path took a detour when he entered a relationship with a predatory older woman who sought the thrill of a "bad boy" lifestyle. As a young man with limited life experience beyond trauma and incarceration, Robb fell back into his old habits and relapsed into addiction, which eventually led to another prison sentence—this time for 14 years.
While serving his second sentence, Robb married the older woman and later became a father. Despite the challenges of being incarcerated, Robb remained committed to being an active and present father. He used this time to focus on self-improvement, personal growth, and preparing for a better life upon his release. Unfortunately, the older woman divorced him three years before his release and has since distanced their child from him.
Though Robb's story helped inspire our commitment to resilience and community support, our organization now follows its own path, distinct from his personal journey.
